We are La Voz: Resilience Through Art, Group Exhibit

In times of uncertainty, art remains a powerful act of resilience. This May, Orozco Gallery will open its doors as a pop-up space for creativity, connection, and cultural celebration at 115 S Cayuga St, Downtown Ithaca. Featuring artist talks, live music, dance, and family-friendly events, the gallery invites people of all ages to come together in a welcoming, sober environment. We are La Voz features works by Latina(e) fiber artists from within 100 miles of Ithaca, NY. It is a juried exhibition curated by Yen Ospina, celebrating the intersection of textile-based art and social justice. This exhibit highlights the voices of women of color in fiber arts and feature workshops with local artists alongside video interviews with Colombian artists, creating a global conversation about resilience, identity, and justice.
